Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional and central location, with direct access to the Altstadt and beautiful views of the Danube. The breakfast is frequently described as delicious, varied, and plentiful, with some guests noting special dietary options. While many guests found the staff friendly and helpful, several reviews mention that the service, especially at the front desk and during breakfast, can be inconsistent or understaffed. Parking is a common concern, with the garage often described as small, expensive, or difficult to access. Rooms are generally appreciated for their size and comfort, although a few guests noted issues with mattresses. Overall, the hotel is seen as stylish, clean, and ideal for exploring Passau.
