Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff, with many noting thoughtful touches such as hot water bottles and welcome drinks. The hotel's central location is appreciated for its convenience, and the breakfast receives positive remarks for its quality and variety. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms are also mentioned as positives. However, several guests report issues with noise, especially from hallways or external sources, and a few mention problems with hot water and lack of an elevator. Overall, the positives significantly outweigh the negatives, making it a well-regarded option for travelers.
