Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor service, lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and disappointing breakfast options. Many reviews mention outdated facilities, rude or unhelpful staff, and issues with room hygiene. However, some guests appreciated the pool area and the hotel's green surroundings. The pool is generally seen as a positive aspect, though maintenance and cleanliness concerns were raised. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives in guest feedback.
