Pros:Nothing dirty expensive rude the list could go on forever
Cons:It is a family-owned Hotel run by a family from Pakistan. After being treated with huge disrespect by the people cleaning the rooms who claimed to be the owners I went to office to log a complaint only to find out that was those people's mother who claimed to be the owner I asked if there was anybody in charge of her she wouldn't give me the names of the employees her name or the name of the person in charge of her I was yelling at told to leave now leave now is all she could say and all I can understand. All I wanted was a receipt and the employee's name for a formal complaint they called the police on me which I waited for discussed with them the situation and was told that they no longer wanted me on property. I have never been treated with such disrespect especially after paying $120 at a hotel 6 which was nasty had bed bugs 1 clean towel and the only person who spoke even close to English was there very rude child who was both running the front desk and cleaning the rooms who accused me of smoking in my room when I absolutely don't smoke upon explaining that they used there's a foreign language to make fun of me and my family they intentionally provoke you call you rude names and the second that you say anything back they call the police and make up stories I feel there is nobody that I can call in order to get any kind of Justice For This as the people would not divulge any information it was truly a horrible experience for me my wife and my five kids who just went to Payson to visit State Park I never want to use this site go to this hotel and I start strongly recommend anybody from staying there it seems the only people who were occupying the other rooms we're either drug addicts or or foreign which I have no problem with but I have never been treated with such disrespect I told them for the price that I paid for this room a little customer service can go along way to which I was laughed at was never given a receipt and was escorted from their property by the police who in this small town all know each other I absolutely love going to Payson until this event please do not stay at this hotel

Pros:Location of the hotel was nice and so was the staff, the room was clean.
Cons:People above were walking across the floor, but because of any insulation, it sounded like they were waring cement shoes. The beds were very uncomfortable. The tub had no stopper to take a bath. The heater would run for about 30-40 seconds and turn off for about 15 seconds all night long. The entire facility was just plain old.

Cons:The bed was like a wash board,now I know why it's pet friendly..I went and bought my own towels.The blanket was disgusting.They would have to pay Me to stay there again,and I wouldn't..
