Pros (+) Room looked nice, great location to the boardwalk, housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the free kayaks! That is the main reason we picked this hotel.
Cons (-) The floor in our room was very dirty. Our feet turned black when we walked across it.

Pros (+) Location was great.
Cons (-) The pool doesn’t open until 9 am... this is way too late. Paddle board and kayak sign outs doesn’t start until 9 and there aren’t enough. The continental breakfast was rather bad. Food was stale and not enough protein. Consider adding eggs and/or more meat. Fix that damn waffle iron.

Pros (+) They have complimentary bicycles, kayaks, floats, etc for guests to use which was nice! Front desk was also very friendly! Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Great location!

Cons (-) People hanging out outside my room. Trash and laundry bins stored by elevators. No place to hang wet clothes.

Pros (+) Better than the last time we stayed. They are in the process of remodeling their rooms so our room was cleaner than it was on our last stay here.
Cons (-) They should have updated the mattresses in the room when they remodeled. Their still doing some remodeling, therefore the noise woke me.
