Pros (+) We stayed here 2 years ago and they have updated since then. The rooms are a lot nicer and updated now. The pool and lounge area were nice. The free breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The floor needed to be mopped. The floor turned the bottoms of our feet black. We also had a weird issue with the card reader on the door not recognizing the cards. It would take several attempts before it would read the card.
Pros (+) Perfectly located between beaches and where I needed to work.
Cons (-) Construction was a small inconvenience but not bad.
