Pros (+) The city view is unbelievable.
Cons (-) The separation doors between rooms need to be more insulated. I could hear and smell neighbors activities. Couldn’t sleep entire night till 4 am. Bring earplugs if you’re staying in this hotel, it’s right in the center of it all, constants activities around at night at city hall.

Pros (+) Fantastic Historic Building thats been successfully converted to a hotel. Good quality Fitness Center with free weights, machines, and cardio options. All the equipment worked.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and very helpful
Cons (-) Panhandlers outside the front while we waited for our car. They sat by the door and were smoking. Made it a little uncomfortable. mostly to breathe because of the smell of the cigarettes.

Cons (-) The phone operators for reservations were very rude. I spoke to several ones during the week before my stay. Only the last one I spoke to was helpful. Pros (+) Everything, location was great for everyone to enjoy. There's a Marriott with full service next door, a Hard Rock and bunch or restaurants. Is also located on a historical area.

Pros (+) The hotel was beautiful, the employees were very kind, and the room was perfect for our overnight stay. We walked to the Reading terminal market, and we were across the street from the subway station. Couldn't have asked for a better location!
Cons (-) The valet parking was a bit pricey but it was very convenient and no stress.
