Had a delay on flight back to San Francisco but other than that no issue at all.

Good not so good.
Staff are friendly and readily assists us seniors.
food was good enough
I like the crew, very friendly. The food was good but the serving was really small. They could’ve added bottled water for each main meal instead of pouring in a small cup.
Food was good. The layover that was unexpected was not cool
Not a straight flight, they lied! After paying for the plane ticket, I received an email that will stop in Incheon, delayed my connecting flight to Vegas. I missed my flight, and my wife had to rebook for same day flight. I will never fly Philippine Airlines again.
Not too clear about the Covid-19 requirements. I ended up rebooking my flight. Vancouver Canada -connecting flight , staff aren’t helpful. Customer service sucks. Won’t fly Philippine Airlines again.
Everything
Philippine airlines is the best airline going. Always friendly and accommodating. If they had flights from west coast to east coast I would never use any other airline. It’s always a great experience with PHILIPPINE AIRLINES.
Need a refresh on these planes
These planes need an refresh Seats uncomfortable Don’t like 2/3/2 in business feels uncomfortable
Easy and straight forward. Simple UI
Easy and straightforward.
It was a bumpy ride.
Great leg room
Everything was really good, actually first time flying with PAL and it was great.
Easy check in and all around nice flight, clean plane and nice crew. Seats a little small
Delayed
Great flight experience.
Awful, awful, awful airline, poor food and seats .. business class feels like economy
It took over an hour to disembark and almost made me miss my connecting flight. Maybe they could have let the other airlines know passengers with connecting flights were running late. The flight was long and the seat space was very tight. The food was excellent. Crew was friendly and helpful.
It was a short flight. But it went very well. Staff was nice and friendly.
Food was horrible
Please change up the food.
All Excellent!!

When on flight the crew was great. The checkin was also great. What Philippine Airlines need to improve is the boarding process and being on time it is bad when the times I have flown with them they are always late which costs me more do to additional parking fees missed connections.
On board Philippine Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 45in. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Philippine Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
