Pros:Nothing.
Cons:The hotel was absolutely filthy and the service was beyond terrible. It looks like the rooms have never been cleaned nor has anything ever been repaired or replaced. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The neighborhood also seems very unsafe.
Pros:The staff was great and for the price the whole experience was what I would have expected with a 200$ hotel! Hotel 502 has become my go to when I come into town for business.. The location is great for what I need and the price works without blowing my whole budget.
Pros:The front desk guy was really nice and willing to help with directions.
Cons:The entrance and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke because they let guests smoke with the door open.
Cons:The hot tub was cold and the housekeeping was very slow on responding to get toilet paper to room. 6 hours later

Pros:Staff was very friendly and did everything in their power to make the stay comfortable. There was a nice flat screen tv in the room.
Cons:Rooms felt uninviting, no where to plug electronics in, very strong orange cleaner smell in the room. Walls very thin, could hear the couple next to us, no breakfast offered at all. We stayed on the 4th floor, only ice machine on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall...a little creepy. Very outdated bathroom fixtures, tiles and small cheap white towels. I would much rather stay at a chain hotel next time.

Cons:Pool hours were ALWAYS disregarded and loud partying going on till the early hours. ECHO between the 2 buildings. CONSTANT clanging of unlocked / keyed metal gates. A hard to adjust hot / cold shower. Kreuger 1 cup coffee maker<< Should be a small pot coffee maker. No freezer in fridge.
Pros:I rarely take the time to review stuff, but this place was really quite awful and if I can prevent other travelers from making the same mistake that my friend and I made by booking a room here, then maybe I'll feel vindicated. Truly the worst hotel I've stayed at, and at 100 bucks a night, it's no bargain. I felt completely duped by the pictures, the actual room we were given was completely devoid of any charm or modern amenities, but worst of all, it was just plain old dirty. Really disappointing and frankly, pretty gross.
Cons:The only thing I liked about it was that it was within walking distance to Charlie's, perhaps the best bar in Arizona, so I could drink away my anger and disgust at myself for not actually taking the time to read some reviews before I booked this place.
