Pros (+) Roomy, relatively quiet, close to many activities. Price was fair, full kitchen, friendly staff. Nice size room, clean and quiet despite the families in the hotel.
Cons (-) Kitchen faucet was broken, they don't provide more than one package of detergent for the dishwasher at a time, mattress was in bad shape, very small bathroom. They didn't refill the soap in the shower.

Cons (-) Too many miscellaneous charges, was actually double charged, terrible location, breakfast was not good at all and not many choices, too many kids unsupervised in the pool, no pool towels available, pool was NOT heated as advertised, our keys kept mysteriously deactivating making us have to visit the front numerous times, check in was long and confusing, the front desk agent at night is rude and co...
