Pros (+) Alex is awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure I was okay in the room. Very nice. I was happy to find that there was a small frig in the room. Also my breakfast was comped so that saved me 13 dollars a day.
Cons (-) Everything was great. But I went down to the eat int eh restaurant and they didn't seem like they wanted to help. Also the menu was really strange. A lot of stuff with figs in it.

Pros (+) I loved everything! My stay there was amazing!
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like is that I had the breakfast buffet for my stay every morning and the staff members who work in the RED resturant pressure you to leave them a tip and linger around, and even look inside of the check to see if you left anything in your face.
