Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and the quality of the breakfast, which is frequently described as delicious and varied. Many guests also mention helpful and friendly staff, though some report inconsistent service and occasional unhelpful attitudes. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reviews citing issues in rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with both positive and negative experiences. Pros (+) Location was great for Florida Panthers game
Pros (+) Bed
Cons (-) Cleanliness, my sheets were dirty and I found several small roaches in my room!
Pros (+) Quick check-in, check-out. Friendly staff. Nice room for the price.
Cons (-) AC was leaking on the floor but it didn't affect our stay. I believe it was an isolated, routine maintenance issue.
Pros (+) Staff always kind and helpful
Pros (+) That they were painting the outside to keep up the look of hotel. Lots of competition in area have to keep up appearances of hotel. It will be worth it when done.
Cons (-) The ac unit kept stopping called maintenance and he wiggled wire under unit. After he left had to wiggle the power cord many times to turn ac on again.
Pros (+) Very friendly staff and comfy rooms
Cons (-) Breakfast needs more protein choices and less bread/carb choices.
