Not sure why asking simple things like pillows and moisturizers cant be provided. They don't seem to have seen the request. Disappointing
comfort of bed and staff
Asked to have rooms cleaned first thing in AM because I was having eye surgery and would be returning mid morning to rest. Room was not cleaned and we had to find a housekeeper to get clean towels but they did not give us many. Next morning my daughter found a roach in the shower. Front desk staff were very professional and courteous and gave us one night off our bill.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend to others. It was very clean. The pool was clean.
There was one staff member that was a little grumpy but I am hoping he was just having a bad day. Definitely take the hot tub warning as truth.... it gets way too hot!!!
