Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to the harbour, ferry, and town centre, with beautiful views. However, many reviews mention that the hotel is outdated and in need of renovation, with cleanliness and maintenance issues such as stained carpets, dusty fans, and poor bathroom hygiene. Service is generally described as neutral, with some positive experiences but also reports of unfriendly staff. Value for money is criticized, with several guests finding the hotel overpriced for its condition. Bed comfort is also a common concern. Overall, while the location is a major plus, improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and value.

Cons (-) The decor and room was outdated and depressing to be in. Furniture and bed wasn't comfortable and felt damp. Just glad I was here for business and didn't have to spend much time in the room.
