Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location and breakfast offerings, highlighting the convenience and quality of the morning meals. However, many reviews pointed out significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets and poorly maintained rooms, as well as negative experiences with service, including inattentive or unhelpful staff. While some guests found the room size adequate and enjoyed the views, overall satisfaction was affected by maintenance issues and a lack of amenities in the rooms.
