Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant concerns about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even reports of bed bugs. Value for price is also criticized, as several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality received. While some guests found the beds comfortable and the rooms adequate, others noted issues with old or uncomfortable furniture. On a positive note, the hotel's location is frequently praised for its convenience, and the staff is often described as friendly and helpful. Overall, the positives are outweighed by recurring negative experiences, especially regarding cleanliness and value.AI-generated from customer reviews
