The staff were wonderful, the food at Cafe Vila was delicious and the grounds were beautiful.
I paid extra for a seaview room as it was a very special occasion but there was only a garden view. The room did not reflect the photos linked to the seaview room and it did not have a lovely private balcony. I felt this was not honest.
Great place to stay. With the convenience of kitchen. Pool is great a a small beach with snorkelling area straight out front. Friendly staff. Everything you need for a great stay in Port Villa.
We like that the resort was located right on the water and had its own lagoon pool. The rooms were cleaned promptly it morning with a minimum of fuss.
Nice view. Great helpful staff. Easy access into Port Vila with buses always outside and 150 vatu one way. Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Nice pool and lovely loungers. Great snorkelling. Erakor Island across from Nasama was just a 15 min walk to the ferry and was an excellent day trip. Would highly recommend. The rooms are well equipped with full fridge and freezer and kitchen equipment.
Extremely windy as that part of the island is like a wind tunnel. No sun in the rooms due to the positioning of the rooms. The bar and restaurant are on the road side so no nice dining with a pool or beach view. A short walk to Breakas Resort and they have a beautiful beach and pool dining area. Tiny part of the beach to swim as the rest is rocky. I would recommend staying on the other side of Pango where it is much less windy and the water is a lot less choppy so more fun when kayaking and paddle boarding. On the other side of Pango you also get beautiful sunsets and afternoon sun. WIFI was terrible and doesn’t work in the rooms. Only on the balcony or by the pool.
It was exactly what we hoped for. We rented 3 studio apartments. For us and out 2 adult children and one baby. Cot was provided. Rooms were cleaned every day. We were able to cook our dinners which was very nice as we wanted to sit around and talk and our one and 1/2 Year old could go to bed when tired without feeling hassled. Enough cooking utensils, good fridge. Great markets and big supermarket all easy to get to with the busses that pick you up for 150 vatus from the front. Good snorkeling and coral in front. This resort has waves and surfing is possible close by at Pango Point. Highly recommend this place for families with kids.
Nothing really. Maybe pool water good be heated. Internet could be a bit stronger inside the cottages.
