Most guests had concerns about cleanliness, with several mentioning dirty rooms, worn-out carpets, and unpleasant odors. Bed comfort was also a frequent issue, with many finding the mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. However, the hotel's location was praised for its convenience to local attractions and highways. Service received positive remarks, especially for the accommodating and friendly staff. The pool area was mentioned often, with mixed feedback regarding its cleanliness and amenities. Pros (+) Food at Seasons was good
Cons (-) Room very dated, ceiling has water damage, looked like it was going to fall in. The restaurant had good food, but the staff was terrible. WIted 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Definitely would NOT stay here again.

Then they kicked us out, forcing us to go next door to the Motel 6, so that we could retrieve our pets in the morning. he people at the shelter were re...
Cons (-) Being tossed out of a hotel late at night and having to find another place because the dogs barked.
