Cons (-) We phoned and got an e-mail confirming our cancellation but we were charged full price on my Bank account. Free cancellation is a lie! I will Never use your service again

Cons (-) The place was filthy! Front desk staff rude, horrible layout of buildings, the entire facility smelled of stale, rotten, moldy old carpets. The stench if dead cigarette and cigar smoke permeated everything. The buildings should all be condemned.
