Arrived in Portland late at night. The hotel was very close to the airport. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was dated but clean and spacious and the beds comfortable and the towels soft and large.

Cons (-) Very racist staff being I am an African American women. The shower was broken and the staff hardly wore a mask. Had to request to be moved to the room I agreed on when booking. I will not refer my family and friends to stay here. Elnora Riley

Pros (+) My wife has stayed at this hotel several times in the past, she likes the location near the airport.
Cons (-) My wife was traveling alone. After checking in, she was given key to room that was already occupied. She did not realize this until she went to take a shower and noticed a man's suitcase next to the desk. I was not happy when I heard this as this is both a safety and privacy issue. Pros (+) If you just need a good nights sleep this is a great place for the money. Comfortable and has everything you need. Staff is very friendly and free shuttle to the airport is great.
Cons (-) This hotel is dated in appearance. Could use some updating but everything worked well and it was clean.

Pros (+) Pool area was nice and hot tub a treat. Restaurant was really good. Service was exceptional and staff kind.
Cons (-) Room was old and tired. Big box tvs and strange little box tv in the bathroom. Lots of peeling wallpaper and carpet was totally worn out. They really should not be putting clients in some of these rooms.
