Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful service, and quality breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the well-equipped gym and convenient amenities such as water dispensers. However, a significant number of reviews mention disappointment with the pool being closed, often without prior notice. There are also repeated concerns about the value for price, with some guests feeling that the hotel does not meet four-star standards, especially given additional charges for parking and high room rates. Overall, while the hotel is commended for its staff and cleanliness, improvements are needed in communication about amenities and pricing.AI-generated from customer reviews
