Good
Stacey, Aug 2017 - Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort
Pros (+) Our anniversary room upgrade was fantastic. The grounds were very well kept and the not crowded (during late May). This hotel is outside all the action of the city but not too far. Best to make a deal with one cab driver for your entire stay.
Cons (-) The English at this location was very limited with most of the staff outside of the front desk. However, the lady at the activities desk is a real delight and very helpful with directions, advice and negotiating on our behalf with the transportation.

Pros (+) Rooms and grounds were lovely. Very clean and a beautiful pool.
Cons (-) Staff have no customer service skills. When we asked for things, they were never brought to us. Items are added to our bill that I never ordered and they made me argue for a half hour to prove it wasn't us. Service at meals is very slow and often non existent (we had to often get our own coffee despite asking multiple wait staff).

Thankfully, it was not that busy at the hotel as I do not believe the staff are well enough trained to handle a full house. The staff do not know how to anticipate guests' needs as you would expect at similar resorts, and simple requests like additional blankets ...

The location of Essaadi is very good if you do not like isolation from the city actions. The best in Essaadi, in my opinion, is the walk path that connect the hotel to the palace its m...
