Cons (-) SMELLED LIKE SMOKE !!! The owner kept knocking on our door at 9am every morning to "check on something" . Floors were dirty flys everywhere !! morning breakfast was only basically only had waffles.

Cons (-) There were three flies in our room. At least they didn't bother us once we turned off the light. :)
