Pros: One of the BEST B&B's we have been to and we have been to many! Beautiful gardens, comfortable and well appointed rooms, all homemade, delicious meals and the owners are so friendly and helpful! Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is our second visit and again found the Inn exceeded our expectations. Patrick is very attentive to guest needs and welcomes conversation. The room was tastefully decorated with all guest needs considered. A tasty and abundant breakfast was well prepared by chef Andrew. The location is also very convenient to all Commercial Street shops, galleries and dining. We will definitely be back.

Pros: cozy, exceptionally clean
Cons: we were there right after thanksgiving and the weather was cold. except for the breakfast table, there was no other common indoor seating area except for one comfy chair in the breakfast area and one in the bedroom
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Absolutely the best location possible - sunrise and sunset over the ocean- looks like a beautiful painting! Abd the host, Don, went out of his way to let us feel comfortable and like at home.
Cons: The shower was really weak -drip-like.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful, our host Don was a personable, helpful, interesting gentleman. Our room was clean and quiet, breakfast included these wonderful jams along with fresh fruit snd tasty pastries. The location of the inn is fantastic. Looking forward already to our next visit.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is the absolute BEST B&B we have ever stayed at. They have payed attention to every detail! Hair dryer, iron, fridge, TV w streaming available, bedding, sooooo clean! We loved it and will definitely stay again!
Cons: Not much to complain about here. Only things: car parking is limited so you have to give your keys to management so they can move cars, as needed - wish the fireplace had multiple settings.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A perfect place to stay in Provincetown!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great - we walked to the beach and to town it was perfect. There was a cozy fireplace in both of our rooms and the beds were fantastic. After a great sleep we headed for the Breakfast Cottage where there was coffee and orange juice as well as other breakfast goodies. The owners could not have been more hospitable and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. We loved the Revere Guest House.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service and friendliness of staff could not have been better.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was spectacular. The warm and welcoming staff The facilities were fantastic The location and proximity to the town main attractions.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Revere Inn's breakfast room was beyond what you would find at a 5 star resorts. Great selection of food items, many available around the clock. Guests gathered there and pleasantly interacted.
Cons: The bed needed for padding. Very firm and springs too pronounced.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: charm, quietness, friendly welcoming, cleanliness, asparagus omelet, fire pit….
Cons: none
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast. Location was really close to the center of town.
Cons: Patrons could have been friendlier. People were standoffish, but maybe because of covid and I don't blame the staff for that.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owners were warm and hospitable, making themselves available but also giving us plenty of space to ourselves. The room was great, awesome view, cozy and perfect for an off-season trip. You can't beat the location and the proximity to everything on Commercial Street. And the included breakfast was great. We'll be staying here again!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was is a beautiful property, perfectly located, super comfortable, with great amenities. We stayed in the Highland Light room. It is really user friendly, drawers under the bed, separate water closets one for shower and the other for toilet and sink, and a coffee station on the bedside table. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast delivery, and the in room coffee was delicious. Highland Light has a nice view of the carriage house and courtyard, and it looks toward Commercial street and the harbor. We had a great time, and we will definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay!

Excellent 10.0
The two guys that run the place are very friendly and laid back. The generally stay out of the way but check in at strategic times of the way. The afternoon wine and cheese is lovely with much more to nibble on than cheese. We have stayed here twice over the Xmas period and once over Labor Day weekend. Same great service and rooms. Book it if you can.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent
Cons: Room was too warm despite lowering the thermostat temperature.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: what’s not to like
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Only thing was not such a friendly check out experience.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Messaged hotel for a room with a balcony at time of booking to enjoy the beautiful views. On arrival we were taken to a room at back of property with no balcony. When I said I was disappointed the manager told me I should have booked directly with them and not through Booking.com. Not good enough at over €400 per night. Also he was very rude for the entire stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was nice and cozy. We loved the room with so much to look and see how much thought went into the decor. The privacy was wonderful. The COVID rules applied were great.
Cons: I think making the hotel a little more handicap accessible would be great for those in wheelchairs and with special needs.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The eclectic decor and convenience to get downtown. It would be about a 20 minute walk but very scenic with the cape rustic houses.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
We loved our stay here! Even during a pandemic. The check-in was easy--we parked, called, and they told us our room name (each is decorated to a theme, we stayed in the "West Indies"). They placed a complimentary bottle of wine in our mini fridge, and put out a card for a continental breakfast selection which they left outside our door in the morning. No daily cleaning for health purposes but this was a good thing as we neither needed or wanted it. The view from this place was just beyond belief. You walk up some steps through unbelievably lush, stunning gardens to this property set high on a hill. There is a lawn terrace with chairs and benches overlooking an endless swath of sea everywhere you look. The interior common space is artsy and eccentric--a combination art deco, victorian, and coastal. It was colorful, comfortable, and just a joy to explore. Our room was clean and cool--they provided a dehumidifier. The bed was a cloud--so comfortable it was hard to get out of in the morning. Concierge was so kind and helpful. Once I accidentally called the emergency night line which went to the cell of the owner, Stan. When I assured him there was no emergency and that it was my honest mistake, he stayed on the line with me and we had the most delightful chit chat about this beautiful place, how we were enjoying it, and how it was his and his wife's dream to open Lands End Inn. What a sweet guy! Our first night here we ate at the Red Inn just down the street. It was within walking distance and a perfect romantic spot for all with safe spacing between waiting and dining guests. Beaches are within minutes away by car, town is just minutes away by bike (ABSOLUTELY recommend renting bikes, cars struggled to pass as bikes and pedestrians clearly have ownership in this city. Plus it gets too hot, trying to walk to town in summer heat). Anyhow, looking forward to staying at the Lands End Inn again in the future. We will definitely be making it a thing, and trying out new rooms

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, within walking distance of everything! The bed was really comfy with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. Breakfast was self serve, but had lots of fresh fruit, juices and selections.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The house is so beautiful, clean elegant and comfortable. our room had such a nice vibe too we felt at home all week. The breakfast and ongoing coffee and hot drink assortment with this huge keurog coffee maker was amazing. Paul the owner is there all the time with his smart and affection puppy doodle dog Ruby. Paul is an attentive host always making sure you have what you need. The house is right in the middle of town where the action is :-) you can also walk right across the st onto the bay. i highly recommend and will definitely be returning next year !!
Cons: honestly I can’t really think of anything it was that good.
Okay 5.0
Pros: We didn’t get the chance to eat the breakfast. It was a little late.
Cons: The property can be kept better and the host can be friendlier
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room we stayed at is the best in the property. We met the owner, he is very friendly and accommodating specially when we decided to change the time if our breakfast at the last minute.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Paul was such a fantastic host! He really made us feel like it was our home while we were staying there. He helped us sort out parking in advance, and it was a generally all around great experience. The property has a lovely chill-out backyard area, and a comfortable front yard overlooking the bustling village, best of both worlds. Our room even had a view of the water! A nice cooked breakfast in the morning, and wonderful, accommodating staff. We hope to come back again next year. Highly recommend this B&B. Great location!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was great! And the house looks beautiful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great atmosphere, very welcoming, beautifully decorated rooms with lush landscaping. It truly was a home away from home. The staff was great and the owner very accommodating.
Cons: Loved it all!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Bike availability to reach nearby beaches. Location. Very friendly staff. Individual style.
Cons: Nothing! Enjoy it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: I did not receive the room I booked and no one was around to check in with when we arrived. A key for a different room was left for us.
Cons: I did not receive the room I booked and no one was around to check in with when we arrived. A key for a different room was left for us.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Love pretty much everything about this place and staff!
Cons: The only thing I could come up with is the distance from everything from the center of town. They do supply bikes which is GREAT. Can we get Uber/Lyft to add those tricycle taxi things to the app. Lol.... So if you are not in moderate or better physical shape I would factor this in to the choice process.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Decor, ambience, hospitality, free happy hour!!, breakfast made by two amazing hosts
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was very nice, a lot of variety. Location was very close to where we wanted to go.
Cons: The bathroom counter was very small, the outlets were not in a good place for blow dryer & etc. A mirror would be nice in the bedroom area, so that two people can get ready at the same time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The delivered breakfast was exceptional. Much appreciated that you brought it directly to my room and I didn't have to go anywhere to pick it up. Thank you so much!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything was nice and clean. Basic room, but again, very clean. The bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, LOTS of very nice pillows! Breakfast was wonderful. Service was impeccable! Tub was clean enough to take a nice hot bath and not be scared! Plenty of soft towels. My stay was just what I needed which was quiet and refreshing.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is a microwave would have been helpful. The pool was closed cause it's almost November, and the Spa was closed due to COVID, so I can't comment on those.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The only negative I have is the need for some form of local transportation. Either a shuttle, or local trolley to the center of town.
Cons: Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help in every way they could. The rooms are extremely spacious compared to the other hotels and B and B's in town. The breakfast buffet was cancelled due to Covid 19, so they offered delivery to the room of a marvelous menu of breakfast items.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Free cookies
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was excellent, very friendly. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We enjoyed the shuttle that drove us into town, super convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. We plan on staying again next year!!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Nice huge rooms, lovely property, great staff, and very good breakfast. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Got a good last minute deal and was very pleased.
Cons: Heating/cooling systems could use an upgrade, but still work fine. Housekeeping was a little spotty (items not restocked.)
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was friendly. Beds were good
Cons: It was a bit far from downtown for the price paid.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Loved our stay! Just a 10-15 minute walk from the action on Commercial Street. The pool area is a great place to relax after hitting the beach. Cookies at the reception desk are a nice touch. I hope we'll get to come back soon!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The very comfortable bed and bedroom.
Cons: It wasn’t made clear that I needed to order breakfast even though the time limit is relaxed so I missed the blueberry muffin. But the rest of breakfast was good.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Stayed here for a couple nights. The room itself was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located. The best thing was the staff / David’s freshly baked breakfast goodies. Will definitely return!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Well done interior, friendly front desk
Cons: No pool, but few places have a pool so it’s not a rare thing here
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was clean and staff was friendly, Located in a street close to commercial street but quite
Cons: No balcony or outdoor place to enjoy and the room was overlooking the car park
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My husband and I just got back from our one year anniversary weekend-getaway at ptown. Admirals Landing was our first experience in a B&B, and honestly we were a little skeptical at first. We were blown away by how amazing our stay was. Robin and Audrey were amazing hostesses. They were helpful and informed with absolutely anything we had questions with. Breakfast was fresh cooked and delicious. We stayed in room #6, which is very secluded and romantic. It's on the second floor and has it's own private staircase to get there. The steps are steep, but I had no problem and I'm in my second trimester with twins. The room itself was spacious and clean and had a fireplace and a private bathroom. The location is great as everything is walking distance! We HIGHLY recommend this B&B!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location
Good 6.0
Cons: No value for money . We expected better from the breakfast which was served after paying so much money . No shower wash in the bathroom . Rooms were really basic after paying so much . Rooms were quite small
Good 7.0
Pros: The food, mini fridge, beds and staff were all great!
Cons: The bathroom was very small. The toilet area was way too small for anyone over 5’10” tall.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean. Efficient service. Nice patio and great breakfast. Comfortable room. Not that far from Boy's beach.
Cons: No pool.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Had a great 3 night stay at the Foxberry inn. It’s located in a quiet little area close to the beaches (5 min drive from Herron cove and about 10-15 from Race Point) and 5 min drive from town. Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean with super comfy beds. The included breakfast was superb!! We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t ask for anything more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We definitely come back soon, room was sparkling clean, staff very friendly, breakfast also tasty. We had amazing time. Jana and Matej

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel has a nice flair. In mid-November, it was just being decorated festive and provided a charming atmosphere. The people were very welcoming. The location in the middle of Provincetown is great.
Cons: The bed was very cozy but quite noisy when moving on it. The facilities were clean but somewhat worn down. The offer for parking seems expensive when there are free alternatives around.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right in the middle of Provincetown. 5 minute walk to ferry. All of the staff were so hospitable. The room was cute, bright and clean.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Amazing central location and comfi clean room!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked everything about this property. It was beautiful, welcoming, and in a perfect location to get to everything. Yet when you were in the inn, or in the courtyard, you didn’t feel like you were near any chaos or crowds. It was incredibly peaceful, and I met some wonderful people.
Cons: I had no complaints.

Pros: The staff was super welcoming, great room and great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is awesome! Simple, quiet, exceptionally clean, and blew my expectations out of the water. I think this may have to be the best location in the area. Just steps out the doorway to the center of Commercial Street yet still has a peaceful courtyard and a patio/ grilling area. The staff, Oden, was truly exceptional and just has a great energy about him.
Cons: Simply wish I could have stayed longer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location.

Pros: The location is perfect and close to everything! The staff is so kind and helpful. The price of this room is perfect on a budget especially being so close to all the shops.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was excellent! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. The room was comfortable and charming.
Cons: Walls were a little thin. Also, understand that this is a guest house and you're going to have shared spaces-like the kitchen and bath. However it was definitely the best value I found in P-town, and much exceeded my expectations for the price.

Good 7.0
Pros: It was very centrally located. The staff was lovely. The town was quaint. The environment was clean. Hospitable.

Pros: good value for price
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenience, easy booking, affordable, courteous housekeeper, quiet, quaint, would definitely suggest this particular B&B in P-town. Craig even let me borrow a hoodie because I didn't have appropriate clothing for the weather at night.

Pros: Super cute little room that was quite sufficient for our overnight stay. The balcony was fantastic as was the sunrise we got to see from it. I would absolutely stay here again. Amen for evening bubbles as well!
