Pros (+) Mattress was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. They let me check out a little later and got me an iced coffee after they had put the coffee and breakfast stuff away. Found a great deal for the off season in their smallest room. Location was perfect for proximity to downtown Ptown. It's just a block up from Spiritus Pizza.

Pros (+) The location was absolutely perfect as it was only a minute walk to the main part of town. The place was very nice and well kept. Would definitely recommend.

Pros (+) My husband and I chose P-Town for our second anniversary destination. Shortly after the reservation was made (we chose Bradford Carver House for the location and price), the owner emailed me to get more information about our arrival.
