Guests generally praised the hotel's cleanliness and found the decor and architecture appealing. However, there were frequent complaints about the quality and transparency of the breakfast, with many feeling misled about what was included. Service at the reception was often described as rude or inattentive, and several guests found the rooms to be small for the price. The location was also criticized for being inconvenient or in an unattractive area. Despite these issues, some guests highlighted comfortable beds and positive experiences with certain staff members.
