This place really sucked when it came to things like customer service. Food was terrible, drinks watered down. They tried to tell me my reservation was not paid for. The pools were smal and cramped with drunks. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Pros (+) The staff is excellent.
Cons (-) This is not the place for someone who is well traveled. Even the most exclusive rooms are basic, No tubs, no frills. Spa is a joke, Lack of service and amenities. Pools are small and crowded with children, Beach is insanely small and rocky. Very limited lounging on the beach side. The place is covered with Timeshare families. So large parties with many screaming kids! Not the place for Honeymooner...
