Customer service by all staff was excellent with one exception. The food was disappointing, the barbicue by the beach was full of flies all over the food as well as in the buffet area. The variety of food was good but unfortenately again, flies sitting on the food in front of me prevented me from eating. Cons (-) You have to walk a lot to get to the places. The water park is on the outskirts of the hotel. If you are not a VIP member they do not take you on the golf carts. There is a lot of mosquito.
