Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport and city attractions. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable by New York standards. However, several reviews mentioned issues with management changes, hotel closure, and lack of communication, which left some guests without accommodation. Cleanliness and breakfast quality received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed, especially with the pre-packaged breakfast. The service was generally described as neutral, with some positive mentions of helpful staff but also reports of poor communication and abrupt changes.
