Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful service, clean and comfortable rooms, and enjoyable spa and pool facilities. However, there were frequent complaints about uncomfortable beds and mattresses, with several guests reporting poor sleep quality due to worn-out or overly soft beds. Despite some negative feedback regarding bed comfort and a few minor service or facility issues, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding the breakfast and wellness amenities.
