Cons: Wasn't at the hotel long a little inconvenient that the pool closed at 11:00.

Cons: The breakfast was not very good. Eggs were obviously powdered, biscuits were hard, sausage was tough.

Cons: The hotel is next to the railroad tracks, with several trains a day and at least one at night. Also, the functionality of the TV remote was very poor and not very responsive.

Cons: No restaurants close by except McDonald's, ridiculously high minimum purchase for room-service

Cons: room was too close to elevator - pinging was too loud and interrupted my sleep; railroad behind hotel was loud every time the train passed through; small bathroom.

Cons: This hotel neighbors an active train track

Cons: I can't complain. I'm sure I'll be back next time I work in Raleigh.

Cons: When arriving to the PNC arena in Raleigh North Carolina we were immediately disappointed. We booked online thru Kayak and on the website the pictures that were shown for the room that we wanted were not for the room that we received and payed for. So upon arrival we were told that in order to receive the room that we wanted (the one that the pictures were of online) we would have to pay an additional $80 to get. After speaking to the manager about my frustration she was nice enough to lower the additional fee to about $40. When we received our bank statement the next morning we had been charged over $70..we then had to go back and speak to the manager once again, and had to call the bank to have them release the charge and refund us the money, money in which we needed for our trip. That took another day or two to refund to the account. In all we spent about $180 for a two night stay in a room that was nice but mediocre. The shower in the room needed to be remodeled desperately the floor was caved in on either side. The vending machine showed a price for each snack but once you put your money in and paid for it you were charged more. There was also profanity engraved all over the entire elevator door. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Cons: The one thing that turned me off was how dirty the floor was, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in months. This could have been an easy fix if they would have just vacuumed it or mopped it before I stayed in the room. The dirty floor made me feel like everything else in the hotel was dirty, which I don't think was true. But I ended up not even sleeping under the covers.

Cons: No left turn out of the entrance; pillows were a little too soft.

Cons: Bathtub & beds need to be updated.

Cons: The room was messy, the staff was rude, the area was unsafe, it was noisy all night, the water pressure was awful, the shower needs repair, the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was microwave waffles, and bread. It was just an awful experianc.

Cons: No flat screen tvs and had to chase a gigantic cockroach around the room and into the bathroom to kill and flush. Carpet was moist and musky. Constant doors locking and unlocking, people arguing or making out. Echoing through the halls. I felt exhausted after leaving that hotel rather than rested

Cons: Bed was awful, pillowcase were urine yellow, the ac/heat button was broken and stuck on 86. Elevator was broken and I got charged extra to get a room on the bottom floor. Was awakened all night with what appeared to be drug deals right outside my room.

Cons: The back side you can hear alot of noise from people who's outside starting up their cars.
