Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the friendly and welcoming service, with several positive mentions of the staff's professionalism and hospitality. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms and facilities neat, while others noted issues with superficial cleaning or maintenance. The pool was frequently mentioned, with guests valuing its presence, though access and child-friendliness were sometimes problematic. Breakfast and restaurant services were generally satisfactory, though some guests found the options limited or expensive. Overall, the hotel is seen as comfortable and convenient, especially for short stays or stopovers, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities could enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
