Pros (+) The staff was exceptional. The food was delicious at the on-site event. The grounds are gorgeous. The common areas are nice.
Cons (-) The room...woof. The resort’s rooms do not elicit “resort & spa” at all. Terribly outdated, subpar AC wall unit, bathroom with cracks in the wall, small toilet, blah shower with plastic curtains. Good thing we didn’t stay in the room very much! Other than the blah room, everything else was lovely. Can’t wait to see this place after a renovation!

Pros (+) The price for what you get...an old style resort feeling, extremely quiet and sedate and faded glamour.
Cons (-) The fact that I can't open my screen door for fresh air without a lock on the ground floor.
