10.0 Excellent
Pros: lovely family hotel , great prices .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
7.9 Good
Pros: plenty of food provided. Staff very helpful at all times.
Cons: small water leak in bathroom
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location is nice. Close to razlog main square, a supermarket and the park.
Cons: Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We had a sofa bed which was like sleeping on the springs themselves. We needed to ask for a special matress to sleep on. The shower is awful. I mean yes, its a big tub, but the handle is horrible to shower with. Beakfast is a joke. Cold coffee served in dirty cups, and for espresso you pay an extra. No hot food, everything is cold and looks as of its been waiting there for days. One morning an employee was smoking inside the breakfast room. Almost always, reception is empty. Help yourself.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owners.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I enjoyed staying at a one bedroom apartment. We were thrilled! We even extended our stay, because we were not ready to go. Their slogan to feel home away from home fits right in. Perfectly clean, comfortable beds, many activities in the resort and great breakfast. We would recommend it and we are already planning on coming back with family!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was really spacious and had lots of nice features for a family of four. The hotel is clean and well kept. The pool is warmed up to 32+ degrees, which is perfect after a cold day on the slopes. The food and service were pretty good. Definitely worth a future visit.
Cons: It take a little time to get to the lift from the hotel, but there are shuttle buses from the hotel so no biggie.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good, lots of things to choose. Dinner was tasty.
Cons: Breakfast starts at 8AM. This is very bad if you want to start early your skiing day. Front desk and restaurant staff very unfriendly, whenever you ask something they get angry. In order to get to the restaurant you have to walk outside, to another building, same goes for spa. The dinner was a total mess, only 2 waiters for the whole hotel, you couldn't find plates, forks, spoons, napkins and other usual things. The food was not enough, only 3 dishes that were gone very fast and you had to wait another 10 minutes until they bring more. The pool water was so dirty that I couldn't even enter. The Jacuzzi had dirt and dead skin collected in the corners, was totally disgusting. In the last day they changed the water, but the dirt was still there. You have to pay for spa amenities like towel, bathrobe and slippers. Distance to city center is 15 km measured by car, not 4 km as mentioned on the website.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was very good as well. Another thing we liked a lot was the location - quiet and secluded, but at the same time you can visit all of the popular places nearby in just 5 or 10 minutes with car.
Cons: The guy at the reception wasn't the most polite host, we've ever had, but it was alright. This was maybe the first hotel in which we had to pay for bathrobes for the wellness center, so we were a bit surprised, but 5 BGN per person wasn't too bad.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort large rooms, well equipped. Breakfast was good, but same each single days. Spa area very nice and clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was good, value for money! Bar manager George is a gem!
Cons: Could do with cold water pool inside Also breakfast should open earlier, at least 30min, so you can hit the slopes

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the breakfast, warm room, nice look of the hotel.
Cons: I didn’t like the SPA. It was quite cold and the swimming pool was freezing one of the days. I would expect to feel cozy and comfortable, not shaking from the low temperature.
7.1 Good
Cons: All the spa facilities were cold including the swimming pools. Not satisfied at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place!!! It was our first trip to Maldives and we completely fall in love in the island. Sands, cristal water, a lot of colorfull fishes, wild green nature. According to the resort everything was perfect, the villa was in front of a wonderfull beach, it was cleaned twice a day, food was delicious, all services were very high level. We will definity think of going back to this paradise place, where you can have a real vacation, without thinking of anything.
Cons: Nothing
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The overall cleanness of the room and surroundings
Cons: Minimal possibility of communications with the staff, non existing manager on site to make any complains about the services, terrible food, lack of proper services, even those said to be included, far from being remotely close to a five star hotel . They even refused to provide shuttle bus from the slopes and back to the hotel sustaining that the bus was on site even if more people were actually there and no bus were to be found. Decided to end the stay one day earlier due to the lack of basic services.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: everything and the most good thing was very clean !
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful, always greeting and willing to help. Very nice people. The food was also good.
Cons: We didn't like their SPA, it wasn't what we were hoping for. They're steam bath wasn't working at all, there was one small sauna, one small infrared sauna and a weird place that was supposed to be Turkish bath, but it wasn't. It was pretty cold for a spa center.. No jakuzzi, no nothing special there. The pool was ok, nothing special, the outside pool wasn't hot, it was with the temperature of the inside pool- we were disappointed. The name of the hotel is Pirin Golf and SPA, but don't be deluded - the spa is pretty poor for a so called 5 star hotel. Also, the hydro tub in our room wasn't working - what a shame... Another thing is that they are charging their clients 10lv for a gym session, yes Their guests... No idea why, but i think we were the only couple that had to lock in 100 lv deposit if something is being broken.... I didn't see any other guest doing this - this is pathetic and it wasn't described when i was booking the hotel.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Five minute walk to town centre and bus station.Modern hotel with good facilities and helpful staff.
Cons: On checking out we were charged 16 Leva for tea and coffee that we drank in our room.We had presumed tea and coffee suplied on a tray in the room was included in the cost of the room as has been the case in all other hotels that we have stayed in throughout Europe. It is not the cost that annoyed us but the principle.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant surroundings - lobby, restaurant, room, etc. The staff was also polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. I found that the decoration was very tasteful.
