The flight went smoothly other than the problems mentioned.

There were passengers on board who were already rowdy/excited when they got on board. They proceeded to drink heavily on board, yelling, putting on music on their iphones and singing along to it. Teh crew asked them occasionally to tone it down but did not stand up to them to make them shut up. It was worse than sitting next to a screaming baby for the entire 3 hours of the flight.

1. Flight expensive....and ontop you pay 40€ for 20kg 2. Flight was at 13:35, when booking online, it says u can check in online 2 hrs before flight. If u dont you pay 50€ fee to checkin at airport ( absolutely rediculous to start with!!!!!) However, i tried to checkin online at 09:40 and payed for my suitcase, once i payed for my case, not only it didnt send me confirmation of payment or receipt, it asked for my passport details and date of birth which i entered... and then it told me the flight has already departed and wouldnt let me checkin. after 4 attempts trying.... my father called ryanair to ask for advise on what to do with this situation, and was told that we can checkin at the airport. We go to Pafos airport, where staff of ryanair at checkin were extremely rude.... and after explaining the situation... told us we must pay €50 to check in and get on my flight... told us to go to the other side of the airport to pay. We tried to explain the situation to another extreeeemely rude member of staff called Evi... who says she needs proof that i couldnt check in... so i showed her the emails i had received from ryanair.... and she said she could see it on her screen that i was in the ryanair site... but said she needed a print screen to prove it.... how pathetic!!! Then when questioning why emails from ryanair were not sufficient proof she said she is just doing her job and she doesnt care because she doesnt work for ryanair. Ironicaly told us to pay and have a nice day. We paid. And will make a huge complaint... and advertise how pathetic this airline is... not only the rules, they even ignore their own rules, as they have the rudest staff both ground and on board im sure they need the extra money to understandably employ better staff or maybe get better planes... or hopefully follow monarch so bad airlines get out and leave the good ones to do their job professionally. The way they service ob is another story. Staff look exhausted... unmotivated and very unhappy. I work for the crewing dept of an international shipping company... where we arrange travel for officers and crew hourly 24/7 , 365 days a year.....and will make sure that under no circumstances do we use ryanair as it will reflect badly on our company. I paid €250.00 for the ticket + €40.00 20kg + €50.00 because they wouldnt let me check in. = €340.00 €340.00 i could have gone with a better airline... had a happier flight.... not feel ripped off...and not been spoken to so rudely. I never complain. But this experience was continuously awful. And i will make sure this is expressed world wide. Cheating people is unacceptable. If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!

Wizzair suggestion to compensate us

The fact that they didn't notify us regarding the cancellation of the flight, and moved us to an earlier flight.

Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience.

Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic.

Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! I missed my flight. Due to British Rail I was very late and I had to run like crazy to get to the flight. Then security held me up for 15 minutes because my tablet was placed wrongly in the plastic box, despite me telling them I was super late. When I got through to the departures lounge the gate was already closed. I ran half a kilometer through the terminal and despite that, arrived at the gate while people were still boarding the plane for at least 5 minutes while I begged the staff to let me on the plane (I could see them through the window). The staff just insisted that nothing could be done even though I know very well it's a matter of adding "+1" to the load sheet. Ignorant, petty staff. This is not how you win new customers. I had to buy a new flight and travel from Gatwick to Luton because an officious staff member was too lazy to add "+1" to a piece of paper.

I missed my flight. Due to British Rail I was very late and I had to run like crazy to get to the flight. Then security held me up for 15 minutes because my tablet was placed wrongly in the plastic box, despite me telling them I was super late. When I got through to the departures lounge the gate was already closed. I ran half a kilometer through the terminal and despite that, arrived at the gate while people were still boarding the plane for at least 5 minutes while I begged the staff to let me on the plane (I could see them through the window). The staff just insisted that nothing could be done even though I know very well it's a matter of adding "+1" to the load sheet. Ignorant, petty staff. This is not how you win new customers. I had to buy a new flight and travel from Gatwick to Luton because an officious staff member was too lazy to add "+1" to a piece of paper.

The staff were pleasant and helpful on board I didn’t have any food and there wasn’t any entertainment

I didn’t like that there was absolutely nobody at the airport to answer any questions or just guide you in the right direction

1. Flight expensive....and ontop you pay 40€ for 20kg 2. Flight was at 13:35, when booking online, it says u can check in online 2 hrs before flight. If u dont you pay 50€ fee to checkin at airport ( absolutely rediculous to start with!!!!!) However, i tried to checkin online at 09:40 and payed for my suitcase, once i payed for my case, not only it didnt send me confirmation of payment or receipt, it asked for my passport details and date of birth which i entered... and then it told me the flight has already departed and wouldnt let me checkin. after 4 attempts trying.... my father called ryanair to ask for advise on what to do with this situation, and was told that we can checkin at the airport. We go to Pafos airport, where staff of ryanair at checkin were extremely rude.... and after explaining the situation... told us we must pay €50 to check in and get on my flight... told us to go to the other side of the airport to pay. We tried to explain the situation to another extreeeemely rude member of staff called Evi... who says she needs proof that i couldnt check in... so i showed her the emails i had received from ryanair.... and she said she could see it on her screen that i was in the ryanair site... but said she needed a print screen to prove it.... how pathetic!!! Then when questioning why emails from ryanair were not sufficient proof she said she is just doing her job and she doesnt care because she doesnt work for ryanair. Ironicaly told us to pay and have a nice day. We paid. And will make a huge complaint... and advertise how pathetic this airline is... not only the rules, they even ignore their own rules, as they have the rudest staff both ground and on board im sure they need the extra money to understandably employ better staff or maybe get better planes... or hopefully follow monarch so bad airlines get out and leave the good ones to do their job professionally. The way they service ob is another story. Staff look exhausted... unmotivated and very unhappy. I work for the crewing dept of an international shipping company... where we arrange travel for officers and crew hourly 24/7 , 365 days a year.....and will make sure that under no circumstances do we use ryanair as it will reflect badly on our company. I paid €250.00 for the ticket + €40.00 20kg + €50.00 because they wouldnt let me check in. = €340.00 €340.00 i could have gone with a better airline... had a happier flight.... not feel ripped off...and not been spoken to so rudely. I never complain. But this experience was continuously awful. And i will make sure this is expressed world wide. Cheating people is unacceptable. If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!

Crew was kind and the ride was easy and mostly on time.

Gate changed three times in twenty minutes leaving me running all over BCN. Also, the plane was scorching hot until close to takeoff. Could not pay for snacks with credit card. Seats don’t recline.

Plane and flight were fine once we got aboard and underway.

Flight was over an hour late and that was very inconvenient since people were waiting for me. Boarding was disorganized and practically a riot. Airport at Catania changed departure gate 3 times, causing great confusion.

The wizz cabin crew was great as usual !

The plane was delayed for one hour. The gate was announced only 5 mins before boarding. Not enough to do during this time in the small airport. The meal selection on board was non-existent

Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience.

Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic.
