Overview

Between the palace park and the station on the edge of Regensburg's old town, the Hotel Central Regensburg CityCentre, Sure Hotel Collection, Regensburg, Germany, is a modern hotel with bright, friendly rooms, stylish modern bathrooms, a TV, Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning in every room. Its own underground garage and outdoor spaces for larger vehicles make arriving by car simple, and the lanes of the old town begin just steps away. The main station sits close by for easy car-free trips. Regensburg is one of Germany's best-preserved old cities, a UNESCO World Heritage site on the Danube. Its twin-spired Gothic cathedral soars over a maze of narrow cobbled lanes and shady courtyards, cafe terraces and student bars spill across the squares, and the old Stone Bridge arches over the river to the ancient sausage kitchen on the riverbank. Sightseeing boats head downstream past riverside castles and vineyards.
