Guest reviews of the hotel are highly mixed. Many guests complained about poor cleanliness, musty smells, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms, with some describing the property as neglected or unsafe. Noise, lack of proper ventilation, and disappointing breakfast quality were also common complaints. However, several guests highlighted the comfort of the beds and occasionally praised the friendliness of some staff members. The location received neutral feedback, with some appreciating proximity to the center and others finding it unattractive or inconvenient. Overall, while a few aspects like bed comfort and some staff interactions were positive, the hotel faces significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.
