The room was very nice with a large desk a comfortable chair The toilet kept running all night. The room was arranged so you could only watch TV in bed and the window was blocked by the desk. The refridgerator was barely cold even turned up high
Very nice hotel! Was definitely worth the money for the comfort and cleanliness. Happy customer.
Excellent room, bed was amazing, larger than normal TV, salt water pool and hot tub, good coffee. No complaints and quite a steal at under $100 a night. No complaints, truly excellent. We will be back annually for our local Pastors conference.
Ice machines were not working on 5 floors, they agreed to bring ice to our room but never came. Room was a bit dated and hotel and room had an unpleasant smell.
very quiet and very comfortable parking was fairly difficult in the evening
One of the the front desk employees her migan was nice and the location is nice and clean They change my reservation from two bed to one bed and my rate from $79 first night to $99 second night also we had no shower towels and kept asking and when they finally brought some the morning we left it was hand towels ....when I complained they drop my second night to $79 in which that what I suppose to be paying
The lobby smelled clean. Thats it! Small Beds, small rooms, rooms smelled.
Nice bed, and desk to do work. Rooms dated and need remodeling, food is over priced
Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Thin walls.
Excellent location for our purposes. Staff was very friendly. Bed was hard. The temperature seemed difficult to regulate.
Location was ideal for us. Hotel is ok. Parking was a nightmare at night. Only 2 handicap parking spots close to hotel entrance
Location was good. Parking was good. Room was not good. Lack of amenities. Unclean bath tub, non working main light, non working washroom exhale fan. Won't opt for hayatt again.
Indoor pool is not heated as advertised. Staff was informed of issued and nothing was done to remedy problem. In fact the staff said that all was fine with the pool. Parking fees are also falsely advertised, we informed clerk upon check in and staff verified that indeed the advertised fee was correct, upon leaving garage after checkout, parking attendant charged the fee that was posted on signage. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay and with the staff and false advertising!
Comfortable bed. Left earlier than planned and did not receive a refund.
Loved the view, atmosphere, decorations, and cleanliness I didn't like how the room keeping staff would knock on d door so early in d morn after I left specified in d office that I would let them know when I wanted room service for cleaning. She knocked really hard that she woke us up twice and didn't get the hang that if we were not answering was because we were still asleep.
We purchased the breakfast buffet with our stay and were very satisfied. The food was very well prepared, fresh, and tasty. Coffee in the restaurant was very good. The water in the room has a very strong odor and taste, this is very common in Texas and somewhat detracts from the overall ambience.
The indoor pool No extra fold out bed. I booked a room for 4 adults and the choice s were a king or two doubles. No fold out couch in the room. No wifi for my kids kindles and you have to pay to park! $15 a day for self park! In Richardson!!!!!!!
It was convient for what i needed. Price through 3rd party wasn't bad. Rooms were ok. The way staff treated myslef as well as third party purchase
Free no-fuss wifi
The room was nice and clean and quiet. The front desk seemed to be struggling with checking people and answering questions. The rest of the staff was there to strictly do their job. They were not concerned with greeting guests and serving them. We would stay here again but the hotel has room for improvement. The breakfast was fair. The breakfast serving area is extremely small for the size of the hotel and number of guests. The layout of breakfast and flow of the breakfast line is inefficient.
The room design was appealing and comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in (and I travel a fair amount). Good breakfast.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved everything
One of the staff members tried to hustle me for breakfast upon check in. He said breakfast was not complimentary, but He could give it to me for $15 extra. After I said no that's ok, he said I'll give it to you for free then. Of course I took it, but why not say that in the first place instead of asking me for $15 extra? HUSTLE MOVE.
The room was nice. The food was EXCELLENT! Overall, I had a wonderful stay. Though I know they cannot do anything about it, I didn't like the channel selections available on the TV.
Nothing Couldnt make my reservation due to a family emergency. The hotel wouldn't refund me my room. I will never stay at ANY Hilt on hotel EVER AGAIN.
The room was extremely clean, nice and spacious. The bed and couch were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The walls are TOO THIN. Neither one of us slept because we could hear EVERY SINGLE WORD of conversation the people staying in the room next to us were saying. They were not shouting, only speaking, and we could hear them. They talked all night long and smoked cigarettes, which we could smell through the adjoining door located at the back of our room. We would have had a perfect stay, but this seriously negated any good experience we may have had. And the hotel charged me an extra $12 from what my original booking was priced at. They did not inform me of this and I had to find out by looking at my bank account and calling them. I received some lame excuse about them having issues with credit card fraud, so they overcharge your card for their safety. She told me after 3-5 business days, my money should come back into my account. Thanks for informing me of this, Hilton. She completed her statement to me with "this is an uncommon hotel practice". Dumbfounded, I ended up thanking her for taking my money and confusing me. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this hotel ever again.
Didn't give me back my deposit! Rude people, poor service, no one answers the phone and room service is a joke
The cookie. Not having a do not disturb sign. I would have liked to sleep in.
The cookie They gave me a dirty room to start and then were rude about it
Clean room. No bath robe provided. Only 2 keys for 4 adults. Not enough towels. Front desk person was slow and taking a long time for checkin.
The rain shower head The concrete floor was cold, not enough rugs in room. Shower floor very slippery.
I thought the design was kinda cool new exercise eguipment was nice. Wifi speed was fairly good but I am spoiled to my 200 meg at home Beds and floor were dirty No breakfast not even continental Electrical plugs were too hard to get to
The restaurant was great! Everything about this place is modern and upscale. Great atmosphere for all ages. Will be staying several more times. The only thing that we had experienced here was that the night we stayed was during a wedding. There was several people that were super drunk and one person passed out right beside the check in counter. Figured that they could do something about that but no one seemed to care up front.
Clean hotel, conveniently located I had a leak in my ceiling. I had to ask for a room change.
Great customer service elegant rooms awesome price
The check in area was hard to locate. You had to go in and walk down long hallway to find it. It just was not inviting!!
Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Had refridgerator and microwave as standard accomodations which was nice. Also, nice restaurants within one mile. Not close to airport.
Room was quiet and hotel was very clean. Paid extra for the breakfast, and glad we did. Fresh and made-to-order. Front desk clerk was warm and friendly. Will stay here again.
The room was excellent and it was a quiet location. The breakfast was great!
Location was great.
We were only in town for one night. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for sure.
Most of the hotels I stay in for work have contenatal breakfast bar. Coffee in the rooms was not that good
The internet was super slow. Very frustrating.
Clean and comfortable, and a huge room/suite. I was not on an extended stay, but when I am, this is the type of room I want! The kitchen was fully stocked; I definitely could have cooked all my meals. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great (omelettes cooked to order, plus buffet), buildings were locked, and the location is right on the highway, which is convenient. No problems!
Very new, modern/Asian decor, alas--NO bathtub and no place to put two suitcases. One of the smallest suites I've ever stayed in.Deluxe glass shower leaked all over the floor! Thin walls with lots of hallway and traffic noises. The wall A/C rattled, so couldn't use fan to muffle hotel noise. Glass sliding doors on bathroom assured that my spouse was awakened by the light when I got up at night. Pluses--Wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff, including housekeeping, front desk and breakfast staffing. SQUEAKY CLEAN!! Hotel is on a very lonely stretch of the George Bush freeway, and really not very close to University of Texas Dallas, as we had been told.
ROOMY, CLEAN, WELL DESIGNED, GREAT MATTRESSES, WELL APPOINTED. N/A/

Clean and comfy. Staff was friendly.
Painless and quick registration, excellent staff, beautiful room.
Huge room, very functional, comfortable beds, modern decor, excellent breakfast selection, superior customer service, pool/hot tub Room had strong odor-possibly overuse of cleaning chemicals?

The decor, location, size of room, friendly and professional staff, pool/hot tub (though small, this was necessary), breakfast nicer than most -fridge controls didn't work (it was cold, but no freezer, and the quick cool function did not work)-there was a broken door that drew blood on my foot, but they are getting it fixed.-power doesn't work w/o key--others were out, no power for me
The hotel rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable in the linens were above average. The room was tastefully decorated and very user-friendly.
The staff were very friendly great place to stay
It was decorated nice. Not aware of the incidental fee that is still not in my account and I checked out Sunday and today is Tuesday.
The hotel is very nice and the breakfast very good.
Not much to like Adult advertisements on TV if not switched over to a specific "area". The staff was very confused by my payment through hotels.com. Did not give me a good feeling that I would not be double charged for my stay. Would not answer direct questions about billing. The room was not what I would have expected from a Holiday Inn. The finish on the furniture was peeling off. The room was very dusty. The hallways were very dimly lit. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I loved the proximity to all the great shops restaurants, and bars!! Nothing
We loved the location. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. Their TVs have Netflix and Hulu so you can access your account and watch good shows without having to pay for higher WiFI for streaming. My friend forgot her toothbrush, and they had one for her. We werre running a little late getting a late breakfast near by, and they let us have an extra 30 mins which was enough time to get us checked out. I left my iphone charger there, and they were so helpful to let me get it back. We enjoyed our stay so much we will go back again next year.
Friendly staff Large out door fire pit Newness of facility $23 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc Marketplace in Hotel Bar and Lobby area with fireplace and tons of flat screen TVs Shower, except weak water pressure and water flow Billed for internet - I am a Hilton Diamond Member - I should not be billed for internet Executive lounge is very plain and common; not "classy" - more like a cafeteria or Garden Inn than "Executive Lounge" Weak water pressure and water flow in shower
Rooms very clean and one of the quietest stays in a very long time. You can hear a pin drop! Needs a continental breakfast. All the best hotels have this now.
I liked the friendly staff, how they made u feel welcome they asked is everything ok.I liked that it had its on bistro on the inside to get food and drinks.I liked the inside when u come in it felt warm and inviting.I would enjoy coming back to this hotel!!The room was clean!! The bistro didn't have enough food they had on the menu and the outside needed to be updated.
Very good price for a well-maintained, older hotel. Hotel is very clean. We enjoyed our stay.
facilities were great housekeeping should have been more available. They only came once in the morning and never again so wasnt able to get room clean for the rest of the weekend.
The design and character of the hotel is amazing. The walls aren't really walls they are partitions and so we heard both of our neighbors having sex.
I'd recommend this to anyone
Very clean! Very nice! The food prices were a bit high but very convenient.
Very cool area I loved it all
Well priced Gym & Pool but no hot tub/ spa/ or sauna
Liked the new nice beds. The pillows were a little soft but everyone is picky about pillows. Clean. Friendly staff. Quick service. The lobby was way loud. They were hosting a party at the bar/lobby/party room. Couldn't hear during checkin. We could also here some music and we were on the 3rd floor.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a very simplistic feel! Very modern! I kept being woken up by other guests yelling, screaming, and walls being bumped into. It was very difficult for me and the other guest in my room to sleep.
Room was nice and clean. My wife and I are in our 20s, and it felt like an adults party hotel. The bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom door was nothing more than a sliding mirror and did not close all the way.
I stayed in the 2 story suite and thoroughly enjoyed the option to shut the shudders to keep lighting out. Also, the bed and comforter were totally conducive to keeping me relaxed and sleeping sooo comfortably.RZ
It's good value for money and is in a once part of town. It's clean for what it is and the front desk is helpful. It is quite dated and the televisions are always out of order. The Internet is always slow and the rooms need to be remodeled.
Super big room, loved the breakfast and dinner provided. Perfect for my 5 day stay.
Its quiet, comfortable, clean, great staff, and all the above

The location and I definitely received the expectations received for the price I paid.
nothing its unsafe too much entrance snd exit anybody could go inside the bldg and the staff they dont care anc breakfast so cheap stAff very unfropessional especially at night
It was quite
The bed was very comfortable. The door was locked when we got there and the shower didn't work and I didn't know it until the next morning.

The room was quiet, which was great due to the proximity to the highway and check in and out was fairly simple. It was difficult to get into because of the how the roads are, as there is only one entrance/exit, was a little put off by having to check in thru a window, during a rainstorm, while the lobby was locked. Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
Cleanliness of the room No
location toilet ran so slowly that it clogged
No bed bugs. Had a pool. The entrance and exit is inconveniently located the Spring Valley Road. It was small. It looked unsafe. The free breakfast was cheap and pathetic. Old Jacuzzi tubs we're stained dirty looking. No microwave in room if you are stating less than 3 days.
The location is perfect and the price very reasonable for the location. The bed was comfortable and the room was 'reasonably' clean ........ BUT (see below) 1. You can ONLY book through the internet. This motel does not accept direct bookings. 2. The room was very HOT when we arrived. No effort was made to turn on the A/C prior to our arrival. 3. Breakfast was awful! Filthy room. No juice. Toaster br
Phone filthy. Sink dirty and horrible stench. Towel bar falling off of wall. Bed frame full of dust & dirt. Coffee pot in room dirty. No decaf coffee available this time. (3rd stay here) Reduced breakfast offerings. Smoke alarm expired 2005. Smoke alarm not connected to network cable. Bath tub drain stopper broken. Phone message system not working. Local phone book 4 years out of date. No wash cloths in room but front desk brought some. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and there have been problems each time but this was the worst.
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during our relocation to Dallas, primarily due to price and location. We were somewhat hesitant to stay there. However, we found the hotel to be clean and well cared for, and we found the staff to be polite and very helpful. We were surprisingly pleased with our overall stay, and will stay there again during our transition. It is not a luxury property, but it is very good value for the price.
Booked a king size suite. Checked in with the front office. When I arrived at room, discovered 2 full/queen beds. I called front desk and they said no king size suites were available but the 2 beds were an upgrade. Could not get remote to turn on TV so called the front desk 3 different times the next hour but phone just rang and tang. Finally discovered remote did not work so had to use controls on the TV itself.
The hotel was exactly what I needed & wanted, nothing to expensive & fancy it served my needs perfectly. The location was perfect only about 15 or 20 minutes to my son's house.Good location for reaching the expressways to get anywhere you needed to be.I certainly would stay with them again.
My family and I stayed at this hotel and would recommend to anyone with children. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The day we arrived it rained so the city closed the pool. BIG dissappointment for our three boys. The day clerk made arrangments at another hotel across the street for us to swim in their pool. Had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
Centrally located, clean, helpful staff, continental breakfast (not on weekends).
Initially it wasn't easy to locate, as it is behind Wendy's on E. Campbell. But its location was a prime draw because it's away from the Central Expressway traffic noise and was nice and quiet. The room was very nice. It wasn't well stocked with toiletries (had to wash our hair with the supplied packet of dish soap the first night), and there was no back-up roll of toilet paper. The night clerk searched everywhere for additional rolls but was only able to find a half-roll and a box of tissue. That didn't really bother me. Honestly, even though it's a place without daily maid service, we liked that. It allowed us to feel more like it was our 'home away from home.' Who needs clean sheets every day? More towels would have been nice, but the trade-off of such a nice room at a good value was worth it. We will stay there again.
This hotel room size was okay, however, if you're staying more than one day, pack your own towels. There was a charge per person to replace towels beyond one day. This is unsat!! What is really the problem with supply linen and towels.
A very central location, right off the main highway. The room was clean with the exception of the curtains that have seen better days. I do not spend much time in the room so for my needs of a secure, clean, well priced room is critical it was just right. About the only complaint I would have is that they would start vacuming the hallway at nine in the morning, not allowing for extended sleep if out on the town the night before. No hallway vacuming till at least ten in the morning should be allowed. There was a pool and a very nice lobby with breakfast items. I was very pleased with the front desk service and the whole stay. When visiting this area of Dallas I will stay again if the price remains competative.
I won't stay here again. Taking the hotel off my options for this trip next year. There is 'stuff' on the picture frames, stains on the curtains, no hangers, a phone without digits or buttons and doesn't work plus the bed is like lying on the floor. There are exposed nail holes in the walls (as if they just didn't feel like filling them when they removed artwork). Paper thin walls allowed me to arise with the baby next door. 1 treadmill in the fitness room (which I should have checked before booking) and as a runner, that is a huge feature for me. While it is a less expensive hotel, I've stayed in Homesteads in Austin for the same price and were absolutely happy, I've also staying in Homestead in a different part of Dallas for the same price and was extremely pleased with their accommodations.
This hotel is in a great location in Richardson, however if you stay less than 7 days you will not receive any services offered at other hotels. No linen service, no vacuuming, no trash pickup. Although the vacuums and carts were spotted in the hallways, I don't think they get used. The entrys and stairs were never vacuumed or cleaned in my 4 day stay. Trash was piled on trash cans for a full day before it was removed. The rooms are nice sized and well planned with kitchenettes and full bath - but a clean/vacuumed room would add a nice touch.
Room placement The so called security guard . He provided NO SIGNIFICANT security. Only threats, intimidation, and harassment. Tried to inimidate me, by giving ME 5 MINUTES TO GET OF MY ROOM. He accused me of having a prostitute in my room! I told him to come immediately to my room. OF COURSE I WAS THE ONLY ONE PRESENT. HE SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY! !!
Staff was very nice. the room was dirty ,specially the pillows
