Pros: The was the BEST hotel stay I have had in a very long time. When we entered the lobby we were met with a friendly greeting and  the clerk was amazing. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating if I could. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: No; Everything was great.
Pros: It was decorated nice.
Cons: Not aware of the incidental fee that is still not in my account and I checked out Sunday and today is Tuesday.
Pros: The hotel is very nice and the breakfast very good.
Traveling with a family of 5, it's hard to find 1 room that is big enough to accommodate all of us. We had a 2bd Queen suite with a pull out and it was perfect. The entire property was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good - loved the Texas shaped waffles. Wifi worked just fine. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.
Pros: Painless and quick registration, excellent staff, beautiful room.
Pros: The decor, location, size of room, friendly and professional staff, pool/hot tub (though small, this was necessary), breakfast nicer than most
Cons: -fridge controls didn't work (it was cold, but no freezer, and the quick cool function did not work)-there was a broken door that drew blood on my foot, but they are getting it fixed.-power doesn't work w/o key--others were out, no power for me
Pros: The hotel rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable in the linens were above average. The room was tastefully decorated and very user-friendly.
Pros: The staff were very friendly great place to stay
Pros: Clean and comfy. Staff was friendly.
Pros: Huge room, very functional, comfortable beds, modern decor, excellent breakfast selection, superior customer service, pool/hot tub
Cons: Room had strong odor-possibly overuse of cleaning chemicals?
Pros: ROOMY, CLEAN, WELL DESIGNED, GREAT MATTRESSES, WELL APPOINTED.
Probably the best laid out hotel room I've ever stayed in. Perfect for family or two business travelers. The room allowed privacy but also had large enough space to spend time together.
Pros: LOVED the reading lights above the bed. Plenty of light for reading without keeping roommate awake, and cutely matched the decor.
Cons: for some reason the breakfast area stayed loud in the mornings.

Pros: Room size, breakfast, TV, Kitchen. Easy access from highway. Included Wildflower tickets.
Cons: Office Chair uncomfortable, Booked room for 4 people, they gave Queen Bed, Full pull out. 4 adults don't fit and they didn't have a roll away option. Kitchen area very tight, very difficult to get from the food area to sitting area.
Pros: Clean and comfortable, and a huge room/suite. I was not on an extended stay, but when I am, this is the type of room I want! The kitchen was fully stocked; I definitely could have cooked all my meals. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great (omelettes cooked to order, plus buffet), buildings were locked, and the location is right on the highway, which is convenient.
Cons: No problems!
Cons: The internet was super slow. Very frustrating.

Cons: No extra fold out bed. I booked a room for 4 adults and the choice s were a king or two doubles. No fold out couch in the room. No wifi for my kids kindles and you have to pay to park! $15 a day for self park! In Richardson!!!!!!!
Pros: Indoor pool is not heated as advertised. Staff was informed of issued and nothing was done to remedy problem. In fact the staff said that all was fine with the pool. Parking fees are also falsely advertised, we informed clerk upon check in and staff verified that indeed the advertised fee was correct, upon leaving garage after checkout, parking attendant charged the fee that was posted on signage. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay and with the staff and false advertising!
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: Left earlier than planned and did not receive a refund.
Pros: It was convient for what i needed. Price through 3rd party wasn't bad. Rooms were ok.
Cons: The way staff treated myslef as well as third party purchase
Pros: Loved the view, atmosphere, decorations, and cleanliness
Cons: I didn't like how the room keeping staff would knock on d door so early in d morn after I left specified in d office that I would let them know when I wanted room service for cleaning. She knocked really hard that she woke us up twice and didn't get the hang that if we were not answering was because we were still asleep.
Pros: We purchased the breakfast buffet with our stay and were very satisfied. The food was very well prepared, fresh, and tasty. Coffee in the restaurant was very good.
Cons: The water in the room has a very strong odor and taste, this is very common in Texas and somewhat detracts from the overall ambience.

Cons: We were on a floor where people slammed their doors at 3 am kids played in the halls. Our room was so small and for the price I paid it could have been bigger. I have stayed at less expensive places and gotten more room for the price. The vent over the door was bent, there were bugs in the room ants. the desk chair looked like it belonged to a game...flat and worn out. Not enough pillows this was not a good stay.
Pros: The room was extremely clean, nice and spacious. The bed and couch were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.
Cons: The walls are TOO THIN. Neither one of us slept because we could hear EVERY SINGLE WORD of conversation the people staying in the room next to us were saying. They were not shouting, only speaking, and we could hear them. They talked all night long and smoked cigarettes, which we could smell through the adjoining door located at the back of our room. We would have had a perfect stay, but this seriously negated any good experience we may have had. And the hotel charged me an extra $12 from what my original booking was priced at. They did not inform me of this and I had to find out by looking at my bank account and calling them. I received some lame excuse about them having issues with credit card fraud, so they overcharge your card for their safety. She told me after 3-5 business days, my money should come back into my account. Thanks for informing me of this, Hilton. She completed her statement to me with "this is an uncommon hotel practice". Dumbfounded, I ended up thanking her for taking my money and confusing me. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this hotel ever again.
Pros: The room was nice. The food was EXCELLENT! Overall, I had a wonderful stay.
Cons: Though I know they cannot do anything about it, I didn't like the channel selections available on the TV.
Cons: Couldnt make my reservation due to a family emergency. The hotel wouldn't refund me my room. I will never stay at ANY Hilt on hotel EVER AGAIN.
Cons: One of the staff members tried to hustle me for breakfast upon check in. He said breakfast was not complimentary, but He could give it to me for $15 extra. After I said no that's ok, he said I'll give it to you for free then. Of course I took it, but why not say that in the first place instead of asking me for $15 extra? HUSTLE MOVE.
Pros: Clean room.
Cons: No bath robe provided.
Only 2 keys for 4 adults.
Not enough towels.
Front desk person was slow and taking a long time for checkin.
Cons: Didn't give me back my deposit! Rude people, poor service, no one answers the phone and room service is a joke
Pros: The cookie
Cons: They gave me a dirty room to start and then were rude about it
Pros: The cookie.
Cons: Not having a do not disturb sign. I would have liked to sleep in.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Loved everything

Pros: Will be staying here any time I'm in the area, clean, comfortable, helpful friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable and the area is very quite at night.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was i overslept two hours past check out time and instead of charging me another night, they gave me another hour to check out. Oh wait, i liked that, nothing I didn't like except leaving.
Pros: Excellent room, bed was amazing, larger than normal TV, salt water pool and hot tub, good coffee. No complaints and quite a steal at under $100 a night.
Cons: No complaints, truly excellent. We will be back annually for our local Pastors conference.
Pros: Employees were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Thin walls.
Pros: Nice bed, and desk to do work. Rooms dated and need remodeling, food is over priced
Pros: Location was good. Parking was good.
Cons: Room was not good. Lack of amenities. Unclean bath tub, non working main light, non working washroom exhale fan. Won't opt for hayatt again.
Pros: Very nice hotel! Was definitely worth the money for the comfort and cleanliness. Happy customer.
Pros: The room was very nice with a large desk a comfortable chair
Cons: The toilet kept running all night. The room was arranged so you could only watch TV in bed and the window was blocked by the desk. The refridgerator was barely cold even turned up high
Pros: very quiet and very comfortable
Cons: parking was fairly difficult in the evening
Pros: Location was ideal for us. Hotel is ok.
Cons: Parking was a nightmare at night. Only 2 handicap parking spots close to hotel entrance
Pros: Excellent location for our purposes. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Bed was hard. The temperature seemed difficult to regulate.
Pros: One of the the front desk employees her migan was nice and the location is nice and clean
Cons: They change my reservation from two bed to one bed and my rate from $79 first night to $99 second night also we had no shower towels and kept asking and when they finally brought some the morning we left it was hand towels ....when I complained they drop my second night to $79 in which that what I suppose to be paying
Pros: The lobby smelled clean. Thats it!
Cons: Small Beds, small rooms, rooms smelled.

Pros: Hotel had a "manager's reception" with free beer, wine and food. Very cool.
Pros: The room was nice and clean and quiet. The front desk seemed to be struggling with checking people and answering questions. The rest of the staff was there to strictly do their job. They were not concerned with greeting guests and serving them. We would stay here again but the hotel has room for improvement.
Cons: The breakfast was fair. The breakfast serving area is extremely small for the size of the hotel and number of guests. The layout of breakfast and flow of the breakfast line is inefficient.
Pros: The room design was appealing and comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in (and I travel a fair amount). Good breakfast.
Pros: Free no-fuss wifi

Cons: Adult advertisements on TV if not switched over to a specific "area". The staff was very confused by my payment through hotels.com. Did not give me a good feeling that I would not be double charged for my stay. Would not answer direct questions about billing. The room was not what I would have expected from a Holiday Inn. The finish on the furniture was peeling off. The room was very dusty. The hallways were very dimly lit. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Cons: Terrible odor in the room from what smelled like someone that had been cooking in there previously.
Pros: I think the staff were trying to do the best job but the situation is out of their hand. I feel the management does not even care about the business, the customer.
Cons: It was being advertised with breakfast. Upon checkin, the front desk staff reminded us the breakfast area and time. 6:45am, I went down and see no breakfast so I asked. There is no breakfast and the advise is to complain to manager and she not availabl

Pros: Cleanliness of the room
Pros: The room was quiet, which was great due to the proximity to the highway and check in and out was fairly simple.
Cons: It was difficult to get into because of the how the roads are, as there is only one entrance/exit, was a little put off by having to check in thru a window, during a rainstorm, while the lobby was locked. Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
Pros: No bed bugs. Had a pool.
Cons: The entrance and exit is inconveniently located the Spring Valley Road. It was small. It looked unsafe. The free breakfast was cheap and pathetic. Old Jacuzzi tubs we're stained dirty looking. No microwave in room if you are stating less than 3 days.

Pros: Lobby looks clean; Good number of channels on TV
Cons: Dirty carpet in rooms; Broken fixtures; Cigarette smoke smell; No places to eat close by
Pros: almost nothing !!
Cons: the place smells very bad, and the "non-smoking room" we got smelled like someone was smoking all day in it.
and i can't get around the fact that there is NO ELEVATOR in this place !!
we have a 4 months old baby and we couldn't even get to our room on the 2nd floor, so they had to give us a room with 2 smaller beds in the ground floor.
the place is very noisy due to close proximity to the highway and a railroad, and we could almost hear every step that the guy next door took.
my wife got stuck in the bathroom, and we had to fight the door to get it to open !
total waste of money !!
Pros: the staff were friendly
Cons: the facility was in disrepair. shower door wouldn't shut . The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The air conditioner didn't work. The staff ?? that arrived on Monday morning at 5am were so noisey we
could hear what they were saying in our rooms. We had 3 rooms 2 were upstairs and 1 was downstairs . everyone commented on the noise. i just assumed it was staff. 3 guys talking at the top of their lungs
Pros: good value for price of room
Cons: I would liked some fruit or yogurt included in continental breakfast. I don't do a lot of sugar and everything beyond coffee and juice was full of sugar

Pros: It was close to where I needed to meet my business partners.
Cons: Strange black hair left in the bathroom creeped me out. People are living in the hotel rooms. Would never recommend to anyone. It felt like a dangerous place to stay. Make sure your door is locked and use a chair to bar the door.
Pros: It was a very large room and the location was great.
Cons: The room was not lighted or furnished well. There was not even a light near the bed. There seemed to be quite a lot of people living at this hotel, more so than staying just one or two nights.

Pros: Clean and affordable.
Cons: Girls at the front desk were having a non professional conversation and continued to put down the person they were talking about in my presence it was totally unprofessional.
Pros: Location good tv didn't work when I asked to change rooms I got no response from staff. Would not recommend this hotel. Although there was a kitchen there were virtually no utinsels to use. Overall rating poor

Pros: The hotel was close to my event.
Cons: There was little to no hot water. Check in was not good dye to the fact that they could not find my reservation.
Cons: Didnt stay 3 minutes. Smell of smoke heavy. Spiders on wall. Now they dont want to refund me. Do Not Book here!!! Run Run Run
Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: Surrounded by loud, raucous hotel guests engaged in disruptive partying to the point the Richardson PD was called. Trash literally everywhere surrounding our room. Rooms were dilapidated, dirty and outdated. I was shocked at the lack of quality.
