Pros (+) I liked everything. Everyone was so friendly and professional and the room was clean and the whole hotel was very nice.

Pros (+) I was most impressed with the cleanliness of my room and bathroom. It is so nice to arrive to a clean room after a long day of travel. The room was also spacious. It is also nice to have a complimentary breakfast, although the quality of the food was not impressive to me.

Cons (-) The elevator didn't work,the toilet paper holder was falling off and the shower rod was loose and hanging down so the shower curtain would not stay shut. Wi-Fi was slow and the TV was not HD

Cons (-) No one was working the front desk when we got there. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone showed up. Hallways smelled bad.

Pros (+) Front desk and staff were very friendly. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was standard and exactly what you would expect. Hotel had a great location for the price. Great price for business or value travel.
Cons (-) The room was still undergoing cleaning upon check in so I'm not sure if they paid attention to their own schedule or not. It made rather inconvenient to move stuff back into the car and then back into the room 10 mins later. Just to find the floor wet from the steam cleaner. It would have been much easier if they had cleaned the room prior to our check in time.
