Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the spacious, well-decorated rooms. Many also highlighted the comfort of the beds and the overall luxurious atmosphere. However, several reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unfriendly or unhelpful staff, hidden costs, and problems with breakfast quality and organization. Amenities like the spa and parking were often mentioned as expensive or not included in the room price, leading to disappointment. Overall, while the hotel offers a pleasant stay with notable positives, service and value for money were common concerns.
