Pros (+) The building and ambiance is incredible. Their decorations at Christmas are a sight to see. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were truly outstanding.
Cons (-) The check in and check out was horrendous. If the building wasn't so nice, that would be enough not to come back. The employees at the front desk weren't the most pleasant of people to interact with.
