Pros (+) Not much other than the location. Place needs an overhaul. $28 Resort Fee for a place that is not a resort; it’s a hotel that happens to be on a beach. Even the beach chairs are tired.
Cons (-) Restaurant and bar are lacking in character and look and very tired. I won’t be back until you renovate.

Pros (+) They had a "special floor" for cut rate rooms. It was a view of the roof with loud ugly air conditioners!
Cons (-) Gave us the worst rooms with no balcony.
