Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Rome's main attractions by foot or public transport. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several guests noting professional and accommodating service at the front desk and bar. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive, with rooms and bathrooms described as spotless or well-maintained. However, some guests were disappointed by the small room sizes, especially when rooms did not match expectations or online photos. The breakfast area and selection were also criticized for being limited and crowded. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for price and convenience of the location stood out as key strengths.
