Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning specific employees by name. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with rooms and common areas kept tidy. Breakfast was noted as a positive, though some guests wished for more variety. However, many guests complained about the elevator, describing it as old, slow, and especially hot, which detracted from the overall experience.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and room was very nice. Location was even better. Short walk to Forum and Colosseum. I'd stay here again.
Cons (-) There was a light on outside our door all night, it was probably for safety. It was pretty bright and top part of door was glass, so it came into our room.
