Pros (+) 1. The staff is very friendly and Roberta and Laura answered all our questions. Roberta gave us a tour the day we got there 2. Well maintained facility and very cutely decorated 3. Very close to bus stops, restaurants and shops. Direct bus to Roma Termini so very accessible to all attractions
Cons (-) 1. One of the horizontal wooden bars underneath the bed broke one day prior to us leaving. When I check under the bed few of the bars were missing. This should have been fixed. 2. The toilets were not inside the room but were common and outside the rooms. According to me that is how a hostel is and a B&B should have a toilet in the room. That is how our B&B in Florence was. 3.
