Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and problems with the bathrooms such as mold, unpleasant odors, and outdated facilities. While some guests found the rooms spacious and clean, others noted noise issues and maintenance needs. Overall, the location and staff were the highlights, but improvements are needed in comfort and facilities.
