Free coffee and tea.
Internet is awful! There is no internet in the room 5! TV has only italian channels. Dusty room.
The room was stylish, comfortable and spaciaous and pleasantly cool during the hot summer days. Check-in was quick and easy, Stefania was very helpful. The common kitchen is well equipped, there is always some nice sweet treats around. The place has good value for money. The area is full of hip places to have a nice meal or a drink out. We had a great stay, thank you!
The tiling by the shower was moldy. Pity, because the rest of the place was nicely cleaned. Paying attention for small details like this by the staff or like tightening the toilet seat, changing the worn-out toilet brush or filling up the minibar according to the menu could have made the experience 100%. The other thing I found a bit sneaky and annoying is that according the room rate description the tourist tax is included in the price but right after the booking I was informed it has to be paid on spot. It might be an administrative issue in some individual cases and it's not the amount of money (3.5€/person/night), but gives a bad feeling for the start.
Well designed rooms
Outside of the appartement
That it's close to public transport
That there was no place to smoke
The Pigneto district was quite ok, nothing bad that I can recall. Two supermarkets and a small market where you can buy fresh veggies and fruits. Going out at night is a huge problem because it's 20minutes to the city center and nothing decent nearby
The bathroom was so small that i couldn't keep the window open while taking a shower! And it was wet, like, all the time, even if you ventilate the room 24/7. Also, I wasn't informed about the Roman tax that I had to pay in addition to the rent. That was above unpleasant The noise!!!the whole room was shaking at night becaaue of the trains passing by.
