Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, as well as the convenient location close to public transport and city attractions. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including dusty rooms and outdated or poorly maintained facilities. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it simple but tasty, while others are disappointed by the limited selection. Room sizes and amenities vary, with some guests finding rooms spacious and comfortable, while others note problems with air conditioning, heating, or bathroom fixtures. Overall, the positive service and location stand out, but maintenance and cleanliness could be improved.
