Pros (+) The price was low for the LA area.
Cons (-) Not enough parking spaces for guests. People smoking weed in front of the front office. Middle of the night, people smoking outside of their rooms. Several at once in different areas of the hotel. Seemed shady. It's ok for adults but wouldn't take my kids there again. Dirty shower. Burn hole in the blanket.

Pros (+) Beautiful room, more modern without carpets which makes so much sense, clean, comfortable.
Cons (-) Check in was a bit slow but beyond that, nothing. Oh and having to pay for wifi. That's wack.
