Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing, and commend the friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests noting dust, unclean rooms, and bathrooms. Some guests also mention dissatisfaction with room size, describing rooms as small or cramped. While the location and service are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and room size could enhance the overall guest experience.
